Mineral.Locker holds your leases, division orders, royalty stubs, deeds, and operator correspondence in one place. We also operate a Do Not Solicit registry that mails known mineral buyers each month on behalf of registered owners. Free for owners. Active services available from $19/mo.
Most mineral interests change hands through inheritance. The owner ends up with leases, division orders, royalty stubs, deeds, and probate documents — sometimes spanning decades, often across multiple counties or states. Mineral buyers pull owner names from public courthouse records and contact owners directly. Mineral.Locker addresses both: a place to keep the records, and a registry that tells buyers not to contact you.
Most buyers stop at the registry notice. If they don't, we have a documented path forward.
A consolidated USPS Certified letter goes out monthly to every known buyer, listing all registered owners on the Do Not Solicit roster. Return receipts logged.
Per-buyer demand letter drafted from your evidence file, citing federal and state statutes (TCPA, TX DTPA § 17.46, others as applicable). You sign as yourself. We mail USPS Certified.
Every certified mailing, return receipt, buyer reply, and reported event — assembled, timestamped, and exported as a PDF + structured file. Hand it to any Texas-licensed attorney you choose, if you choose.
Mineral.Locker is built by landmen who spend their working hours running title in Texas county clerk offices. We know the records, the operators, and the buyers active in each basin. That experience is reflected in how the registry mailings are addressed and what the demand letter templates cite.
Mineral.Locker is software and mail infrastructure. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. The customer signs every demand letter as themselves, and any escalation to litigation is the customer's decision with counsel of their choice.
Document vault and registry listing are free. Active monitoring, demand-letter generation, and identity protection start at $19/mo.
Live counters (notices mailed this month, registry acknowledgments logged) replace these once the registry is operating.
No payment required. The free tier is free. Founding rate on paid plans is locked for life of the customer for the first 500 sign-ups.
