Yes. If you sign up during the founding member period, your rate is locked as long as your account remains active. When we raise prices for new members, your rate stays the same.

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, your name is removed from the suppression list at the end of the billing period. You can re-subscribe anytime, but your founding member rate is only available during the initial signup window.

No. Shield Basic provides the core protection: monthly certified letters to every buyer. Most buyers stop after receiving Level 1 notices. Shield Plus and Pro add escalation options for the few buyers who don't comply. You can always add individual escalation actions à la carte without upgrading your plan.
